ANNULATION: En cas d’annulation, le montant à votre charge est fixé à :

  • 30 à 21 jours avant: 30% du tarif confirmé
  • 20 à 15 jours avant: 50% du tarif confirmé
  • 14 à 09 jours avant: 70% du tarif confirmé
  • 08 à 03 jours avant: 90% du tarif confirmé
  • 02 jours au jour d’arrivée: 100% du tarif confirmé

Refund Policy

Refund requests are processed according to the cancellation terms already displayed on our website.
When a refund is applicable, it will be handled under the following conditions:

Processing time

Refunds are usually issued within 7 to 14 business days, using the same payment method as the original booking.

Refund method

Refunds may be made via:

  • Bank transfers in Morocco are only permitted for health-related reasons, provided that they are accompanied by a medical certificate.
  • or card refund, depending on the initial payment.

Non-refundable reservations

Some special rates or promotional offers may be non-refundable. In such cases, refunds cannot be granted.

Bookings made through an OTA or third-party agent

If your reservation was made through an OTA (such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia), a travel agency, or any third-party platform,
all refund requests must be submitted directly to that provider.
Their refund conditions may differ from ours, and we are not authorized to modify or override their policies.

No-show

If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled date without prior cancellation, no refund can be granted.

Exceptional cases

In rare situations (e.g. proven force majeure), a date change or credit voucher may be offered at the management’s discretion.
